Our reports are personal readings of your birth chart. We refund you when we make a mistake or cannot deliver what you paid for. We do not refund because a prediction did not come true or because you disagree with a reading that is correct by our checks.

Refunds always go back the way you paid. A refund to your GrahaNow wallet is instant. A refund to a card or UPI usually reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

If you are charged twice for the same thing, for example when a payment goes through after you had already paid another way, we refund the second payment in full automatically, to the card or UPI it came from. It is never turned into wallet credit, and you do not need to ask.

You are not charged at all when we cannot prepare a report: if your chart does not have enough evidence for it, if more details are needed, or if the service is not available, we tell you before any payment is taken.

Open the report (or expert answer) in My reports and choose "Report a problem". You can report on your own reports only, and one problem at a time per report. Pick what went wrong: your birth details were wrong, something in the report looks wrong, it was not delivered or is incomplete, or something else.

We check your report straight away. We recalculate your chart from the details it was made from, re-check the report against the chart facts it was based on, check that it is in the language you chose, and check that it read the chart of the person you confirmed. If a check shows that we made a mistake, you can choose a refund or a free corrected report at once, in one tap. A corrected report is written again from your chart at no charge.

Otherwise our team reviews it. We will acknowledge your problem within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days, and we email you the outcome. If we decline, we tell you why.

• Consultations are booked at least 48 hours ahead.
• You can cancel a confirmed consultation online at any time before it starts, for a full refund with no fee. Once the start time has passed, or the session has begun, it can no longer be cancelled online.
• If we cannot assign an astrologer, the booking is cancelled and you are refunded in full automatically.
• If your astrologer cannot take the consultation and no one else can, we offer you the next free time on the same day or a full refund. If you decline the new time, or do not answer before the offer runs out, we refund you in full automatically.
• Consultation refunds go back to the card or UPI you paid with.
• If your astrologer does not join, or neither of you could join because of a problem on our side, you are refunded in full automatically, to the card or UPI you paid with, and the astrologer is not paid. If you do not join but your astrologer does, there is no refund, but you can choose a new time once, free, within 30 days.
• If your payment for a consultation arrives after the time held for your booking has run out, the booking is released and we refund the payment in full automatically, to the card or UPI it came from. You can then choose a time again.

Prashna, birth-time rectification and expert review answers take 48 to 72 hours, because the astrologer prepares them at an auspicious time for your rashi or nakshatra, as the Kerala tradition asks. If the answer is not delivered within 72 hours, the full amount is refunded automatically, the way you paid. Once an answer has been delivered, it is not refunded automatically, but you can report a problem with it and our team will review it under the rules above.

GrahaNow Plus

GrahaNow Plus renews monthly. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, nothing more is charged and your benefits continue until the end of the month you have paid for. There are no partial or pro-rata refunds for the rest of a month. If a renewal payment fails, your membership ends at the end of the period you paid for.

బహుమతులు

A gift can be redeemed once, within 12 months of purchase, and arrives in the recipient's wallet. A gift that has not been redeemed is withdrawn if its payment is refunded. A redeemed gift is treated like any other wallet balance, and the reports bought with it follow the report rules above.

వాలెట్ క్రెడిట్లు

Wallet credits do not expire. Refunds for reports paid from the wallet go back to the wallet instantly.

ముద్రిత పుస్తకాలు

Printed report books are coming soon. When they open: an order can be cancelled and refunded in full until it ships, the way you paid. Once a book has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
